Castel Winery, located in the heart of the Judean Mountains, offers a meticulous hospitality experience centered around quality wine, open views, and an elegant atmosphere. The winery’s spaces are suitable for a wide variety of visits and events—from intimate tastings for couples, through group tours and wine experiences, to private events, corporate events, and large-scale gatherings. Bat Shlomo Vineyards is a small boutique winery that was born in 2010. We are located in the heart of the historic Bat Shlomo colony, in the hills of the Carmel Coast, where the tradition of vines and wine began in 1889, with the plantings of Baron Rothschild and the establishment of the colony. Our winery is a privately owned winery, owned by entrepreneur Eli Wortman, an Estate winery that grows its own vineyards, here, in the Bat Shlomo Hills and Mount Horshan, out of a daily connection to the land, the local terroir, and history.
Welcome to Ophir Farm - a boutique winery, vineyard and apiary. Our story begins with beekeeping, continues with agricultural work in the family vineyard, and ends with wine fermentation in our boutique winery. We would be very happy to host you at our visitor center, built in a unique log cabin from the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by our eucalyptus grove, across from the vineyard. When you arrive, we will tell you the story of the family and the farm, and you can enjoy a variety of experiences with us – a culinary wine experience, where you will choose your favorite wine and dishes from our food menu, a wine tour with a guided tasting experience from the vineyard to the winery, accompanied by a rich cheese brunch, pampering picnic packages to sit with in the nearby forest, and the farm coffee cart where you will find fine coffee and a variety of sandwiches made purely from local ingredients, pastries and sweets. Of course, you can taste and purchase nine types of farm honey and a variety of winery wines. Yaffo Winery was established in 1998 by Moshe and Anne Celniker following French family tradition. With a strong connection to the land and nature, Yaffo Winery invests an enormous amount in nurturing their vineyards for high-quality grapes in low yield. The winery’s low-temperature crushing process, and meticulous aging produce outstanding red and white wines. In this boutique winery, located in Ella valley near jerusalem, the personal touch is just as important as savoring the wine. Besides the winery and our magical visitor center, the family farm has an organic olive grove, natural honey beehives and of course a young and fresh grape vineyard which we take care of with a lot of love and warmth because we believe that good wine starts with good grapes.
