Omania is a Galilean meat chef restaurant created by Fadi Dabah, from the Dabah family’s renowned meat empire. Our menu draws inspiration from the flavors and landscapes of the Galilee, with an emphasis on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The menu combines traditional Galilean cuisine with a contemporary culinary approach. We invite you on a culinary journey that celebrates the Galilee on the plate.

A restaurant bar that is characterized by a unique hospitality experience, spectacular design, an open kitchen facing a breathtaking view and quality and meticulous service. In charge of the kitchen is the chef Omar Mishleh who has created a varied menu while making sure to use the highest quality and finest raw materials and an open tabon that spreads the aromas of appetizing baked goods everywhere and connects the diners to the kitchen. The bar of the place offers a wide variety of original and fresh cocktails, a large variety of wines from all over the world and all types of the highest quality alcohol. Throughout the day you can enjoy special music that is specially adapted to the nature of the place, performances, DJs and rich content with the aim of creating an extraordinary culinary celebration.

We invite you to our home, a home we built with great love for local produce, meat and our family atmosphere. The meat is the fruit of our farm, where we have been growing carts for almost 100 years, the deli is full of all good things, mostly from Jezreel, and the restaurant is happy and cool!
